Nurture Group is a national provider of horticultural and environmental services, bringing together a growing portfolio of specialist brands. As the group expanded, the existing website no longer reflected the scale of the business or the diversity of its audiences.
The ambition was to create a modern digital platform that could confidently represent Nurture Group, while still giving each service and sub-brand the space to speak directly to its own audience.

Bringing clarity to a complex group
The complexity lay in scale and variety. Nurture Group spans multiple services, sectors and user needs, from long-term landscape projects to highly responsive seasonal services. Each brand came with its own history, tone and expectations.
The challenge was designing a single experience that could guide very different audiences to what mattered most to them, without flattening brand identity or compromising clarity as the group continues to grow.

A consistent yet flexible digital brand
The digital brand was designed to operate at both group and service level, providing clarity without enforcing uniformity. Nurture Group green anchors the experience, while supporting colour palettes help distinguish individual brands and services within a cohesive system.
Typography was carefully structured to balance warmth and clarity. A more expressive serif brings a human, conversational tone to emotive moments, while a clean sans serif supports navigation, structure and functional content.
Photography plays a central role in expressing the brand. By focusing on Nurture’s people and work, and combining layered compositions, cut-outs and textured backgrounds with the helix, the visual language creates warmth, depth and a strong sense of shared purpose across the group.
Growing together, stronger as a group
Through collaborative workshops, content mapping and prototyping, a shared structure was defined that could flex across brands without forcing uniformity.
Central to the solution was the creation of a new brand device, the helix. Designed to represent connection, growth and momentum, it brings the group together visually while allowing each brand’s character to come through. Used across layouts, imagery and interactions, the helix provides a unifying thread that reinforces the strength of the group as a whole.
A platform built to grow with the group
The new website gives Nurture Group a scalable digital foundation that clearly communicates the breadth of its services while strengthening the group brand. Individual brands can stand confidently on their own, supported by a structure that improves clarity, navigation and overall user experience.
With a flexible system in place, the platform is designed to evolve, supporting future acquisitions, new services and long-term growth without the need for reinvention.
