Its workforce of over 400 is spread across 11 global locations, and its reach continues to grow. However, whilst its growth and scope expanded rapidly, the PPRO brand was not supported to evolve. It needed refining to reflect its ambition and convey its broadened capabilities.

Although PPRO had the capability to implement branding changes on their own, they sought ifour’s expertise to conceptualise and rapidly develop a comprehensive design system. This system aimed to provide consistency and purpose to their existing brand elements while elevating the brand across all asset classes and touchpoints. The ultimate goal was to create a cohesive visual identity resonating with PPRO’s global audience and reinforcing its position as a payment industry leader.

From Brazil’s instant payments revolution with Pix to Mexico’s continued reliance on cash-based options like Oxxo, the campaign needed to flex across multiple markets while maintaining consistency. Working closely with PPRO, we crafted a visual system and messaging framework that balanced brand cohesion with localized relevance – ensuring impact at both regional and country-specific levels and proving a proof of concept for how the brand can further evolve in the future.
