About
Our clients are drawn to us because of what we do. They stay with us because of how we do it.
Finding new and delightful ways of getting our clients’ message across since 2006.
We’re an independent agency of independent thinkers. We spend an unholy amount of time understanding the dynamics and context of our clients’ markets. Our greatest reward is finding the most effective way of framing and telling clients’ stories to their target audiences. We only consider ourselves successful if we can engage, persuade and inspire action.
Curiosity
We know you have spent time thinking deeply about your business and we want to get into your ‘map of the world’. So, before we start making things for you, we do our research to remove as many ‘unknowns’ from the project as possible. We share this research with you. Then we act fast and decisively.
Understanding
As we start to create, we develop working narratives and messaging decks that tell the story you need to communicate in an original way that engages, persuades and delights your audiences.
Creativity
It’s easy to make something look appealing but for us creativity in service of business has to be so much more than pretty visuals; it must also inspire action that impacts the bottom line. Form and function should combine to reinforce each other – it’s only beautiful if it works and it only works if it’s beautiful.
Future-proofing
We see around corners. Scalability is everything. As we develop your solution (a new brand identity, a campaign, a website,) we will show you how it will adapt and flex to what comes next.

Simon Bennett

Simon Bennett
Head of Development
Vison-wrangler and coder of the impossible, our reputation for creativity is due, in large part, to Simon’s ability to build anything and everything that comes out the Design team’s fevered imaginations.
Patience, persistence and the ability to develop curiosity and interest in almost anything! No matter what the technical curveball thrown, if I stare at it for long enough, I can usually figure it out.

James Lester
Interactive Design Lead
James Lester
Interactive Design Lead
We don’t talk about James. He’s our secret weapon and can only be discussed in code: 3D – AR – VR – UX. A1.
I love the technology and how I can use it to develop a narrative. I’m often the last link in the chain when it comes to what we produce at ifour, responsible for executing the team’s creative vision; it’s a lot of pressure but I’m up for the challenge. I am always looking for new tech and experimental workflows to continuously improve my skills and continue to make new ‘wow’ worthy products for clients in a variety of mediums.

Léonie Glover
Strategy Lead
Léonie Glover
Strategy Lead
ifour’s bona fide polymath. Lé writes, researches, draws, paints, photographs, designs and does voiceovers! She is the agency’s answer to Prince. If Prince also remembered everyone’s birthdays and created brilliant quizzes to celebrate them.
A misspent youth doing far too many different things means that I’m interested in pretty much everything. It turns out this is very useful when developing creative brand strategies for clients in a wide range of sectors!

Holly Reed
Project Delivery Manager
Holly Reed
Project Delivery Manager
We think Holly may be an android. Her ability to stay on top of complex projects is not human and underneath the ever-present smile, we can definitely see steel. We’re afraid to find out for sure.
Endless notes! This job is so fast-moving and detail-focused – you have to keep track of a million things. Our clients depend on us to get things right first time, so I make sure everything is captured. I’m taking notes of this conversation right now!

Christina Gencheva
Project Delivery Manager
Christina Gencheva
Project Delivery Manager
Christina studied economics and is a bit (okay, A LOT,) of a data geek. As well as managing complex projects at the agency, she focuses on understanding and reporting the numbers that drive the agency.
I like to understand how things work – in detail. And then I try to make them work better. I’m fascinated by systems and processes and how if you know where to adjust them, even only by a tiny bit sometimes, you can get completely different results. It can be a kind of magic!

Rebecca Sheeres
Digital Content Strategist
Rebecca Sheeres
Digital Content Strategist
Rebecca is a trained journalist and ifour’s very own Word Nerd. We would be concerned with her obsession for content, were it not so beneficial for the agency. Content research, strategy, creation, review, optimisation… if it has ‘content’ in front of it, she does it – extraordinary well.
People don’t believe me when I say this but there is no such thing as a dull or boring topic or sector. Everything is interesting, when you find the right angle or frame for the narrative. Almost anything can be shown to be engaging. That’s the challenge and I love it!
Top 5 dinner guests (dead or alive)

Bethany Pettifor
Digital Strategist
Bethany Pettifor
Digital Strategist
Bethany is ifour’s pop culture geek. Her obsessions with retro gaming, meme culture and TV programmes of questionable quality help make her our finger-on-the-pulse digital marketer and social media supremo.
Even though I love a good, strong narrative, I’m very data-driven and have to know not just what’s happening but why it’s happening. It keeps the creativity accountable.
Top 5 dinner guests (dead or alive)
- Perkin Warbeck. He claimed he was the younger of the princes in the tower when Henry Tudor was on the throne.

James 'Jimi' Golding
Senior Designer
James 'Jimi' Golding
Senior Designer
Expert website designer, artworking supremo and old skool junglist. Font police and kerning colonel, Jimi is a stickler for the small details that make the big difference.

Emma Preston-Steed
Senior Designer
Emma Preston-Steed
Senior Designer
Emma is a multi-talented, all-round designer. Branding, illustration, websites, animation… we’re still looking for a challenge she can’t handle.
My experience – I have worked as in-house designer and agency side and working with all different types of clients – I can never say no and always want to give something a try to help and improve designs for the client, I never give up. I love what I do and being creative everyday is something I couldn’t do without.

Steve Coles
Senior Illustrator
Steve Coles
Senior Illustrator
Stevie. Can. Draw. Anything. And he is regularly asked to do just that. In-house illustration gives the ifour the freedom that allows us to instantly push that little bit further creatively. digital pen and ink, animation, technical, 3D are all in his locker and we work him hard.
I get paid to do something I’d do for free – that’s pretty clever! I love the variety; one minute I’m drawing killer vegetables, and then next I’m coming up with a whole new version of Monopoly, or whatever else the team dreams up. It keeps me on my toes!

Luke Watson
Front-end Developer
Luke Watson
Front-end Developer
Luke is ifour’s frontend developer. His mission is the creation of pixel-perfect websites that match the Design team’s (often ridiculously challenging,) brief.
I was once advised: “Do it right the first time and you won’t have to do the same thing again.” It has stuck with me ever since. This helps me to use my time effectively and allows me to create the things I love over and over, ensuring the best experience for the user. For me, it’s a source of great pride and it’s why I love doing the job that I do.

Kira Bailey
Finance Manager
Kira looks after the finances. To keep her smiling: pay your bills on time and never ask her for money.
I say, ‘no’ a lot whenever the team asks me if they can spend money. They’re pretty persistent, so it’s definitely a skill.
